September 21, 2026: Solar Industries India Limited, through its wholly owned step-down subsidiary Solar SA Investments Proprietary Limited, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of South Africa's Omnia Holdings Limited for Rs. 129.51 billion in an all-cash transaction.

The landmark acquisition represents Solar's largest international expansion effort, aiming to scale up its commercial explosives and agricultural solutions business.
