EoI for ‘Development of Quick, portable and flexible system for monetization of low volume, low-pressure and stranded natural gas through GTP route’
ONGC-Ahmedabad Asset (ONGC) is seeking interested technology partners / suppliers / manufacturers for development of a quick, portable and flexible system for monetization of low volume, low-pressure and stranded natural gas through GTP route.
As an option, it is proposed to develop a micro-turbine based system for conversion of low pressure (up to 1.0 kscg) oil-field natural gas for conversion of temporarily available gas in low volumes to electricity for captive consumption at the installation and/or transfer to public electricity grid as a LSTK project. The system should preferably be skid mounted and ‘plug-and-play’ type with provisions for easy transfer from one location to another. Integration with existing electrical systems, O&M with spares and inter-location movements, if any, will also be in the scope of the seller. The seller should also state lump-sum cost of such system for (1) Outright purchase by ONGC and O&M with spares by proposer for a period of 3 and 5 years initially and (2) as all-inclusive-rentals per month for a period of 3 and 5 years. Only land and other required utilities will be provided by ONGC in the specified installation i.e. Nandej GGS. Based on quantity and quality of the natural gas provided by ONGC, the seller is expected to develop such a system to produce electricity, integrate it with the existing system for captive use and export to public grid.
Interested seller meeting the requirements as detailed above, should give a feedback by mail or may send a hard copy which should reach within 21 days from the date of publication of Notification i.e. up to 05.04.2019, at the below mentioned address:
Mr. Hemant Mulka, Incharge Tech & Marketing, ONGC Ahmedabad Asset, Room 107-C, Avani Bhavan, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 382424, Gujarat (India). Email: mulka_hemant@ongc.co.in. Contact no.: +91-79-2326-6147, +91-9426614491
