Scope of Work for Expression of Interest (EoI) for Repair and Maintenance of Pipelines in shallow water/ marshy land/ mangrove area in Western Offshore And Repair of 18”NTP2-NTP1 line on LSTK Basis 1.

    Objective: To undertake repair and maintenance of hydrocarbon pipelines in shallow water/ marshy land/ mangrove area in Western Offshore, India on rate contract basis for a period of 3 years on call out basis. II. To carry out repair of 18”NTP2-NTP1 line on LSTK basis.

    Scope of work: To provide service (diving and marine spread) for undertaking repair and maintenance of hydrocarbon pipelines in shallow Water (maximum water depth of 20 m) / marshy area in Western Offshore, India. The pipelines are usually laid on the sea-bed which may have natural burial or buried to a depth of 1.5m to 2m (the burial depth can vary due to shifting of sand/ soil in the area).

    To carry out repair of 18”NTP2-NTP1 line on LSTK basis for which the estimated water depth at leak location is 20 m which gradually decreases to 2-3 m at 200 m on east side and 10-12m at 100 m south of location. Present burial of pipeline is about 8- 10 m below the sea bed. As per as built drawing, pipeline is at 28 m below chart datum and atleast 8 mtrs below the sea bed. Available bathymetry survey of area, elevation & as built profile of the pipeline shall be provided by ONGC. The scope includes required marine spread, technology, procedure (including dredging) and necessary environmental clearances. Required repair clamps/ connectors will be provided by ONGC

    Participation in the EoI: Interested vendors are requested to send their willingness for participation in the EoI through letters/ e-mail along with inputs on their capabilities and relevant experience and other details as explained above and copy of proposed presentation addressed to Mr. Himanshu Pant, DGM (P) as mentioned in the letter head. These vendors shall be invited for EoI Meeting tentatively scheduled at Mumbai. The time and venue shall be communicated separately to the interested vendors.
