Notice Inviting ‘Expression Of Interest’ (EoI) - “Creating Tailor-Made real time operated smart workflows for gas lift automation and optimisation”.

    MH Asset Invites ‘EXPRESSION OF INTEREST’ (EOI)- From experienced service providers having expertise in production optimisation on real time basis for production sustenance and augmentation of offshore oil and gas wells.

    Mumbai High is a matured field, characterized by its vast expansion, reservoir heterogeneity, and high water cut and GOR. Digital technologies can prove to be of help in the offshore environment and can be a leveler towards cost and operational efficiencies. MH Asset wants to take up a pilot project for production optimization selected well head platforms (WHPs) and may be given to one or more service providers for execution.

    Eligible service providers are invited to propose an integrated solution through automating work processes and to shorten observation-to-action cycle time for the given platforms.

    ONGC will provide platforms with basic level instrumentation and P & IDs shall be provided to the Bidder. The well head platforms (WHPs) of MH Asset are already equipped with pre-existing systems through which monitoring of the field is being done. Service providers can propose a software solution with minimum changes in the existing hardware. However, it is recommended that the proposed solution should work in conjunction with the existing facilities such as SCADA systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS) & SAP system and should be able to provide prescriptive recommendations to:

• Automated optimization of gas lift wells and network
• Increase liquid production with optimum gas injection volume.
• Increase the overall operational efficiency

    Date and place of submission of Expression of Interest: Service providers to submit the detailed presentation/document bringing out the: Experience profile - technical expertise, draft technical proposal / Road map of proposed project execution with Schedule, Model of remuneration proposed; Health, Safety & Environment policies. Any other suggestions / information relevant to successful execution of the project etc. latest by 8th Oct. 2018 in the office of SSPM group, Ms. Nikita Mishra, EE(P), MH Asset, C-19, 4th floor, 4th quadrant, NBP Green heights, BKC, Mumbai.
